Fast food with counter orders and the number on the screen
The order is taken at the counter or from a QR code, the kitchen sees it on a tablet, and the guest follows their number on the TV.
At the counter or from a QR code
The order goes in from the app at the counter, or the guest places it from their phone. Takeaway works too, paid at pickup.
The kitchen sees it all on a tablet
Each order appears on the screen by itself and moves step by step until it is ready.
The screen above the counter
A tablet connected over HDMI shows pickup numbers on the TV, "Preparing" and "Ready". Only numbers, never names.

What you need
- The venue's own Android phones and tablets, on Android 12L or newer. They are work devices, not staff's personal phones.
- Every device enrolled in alfimdm: that is how the Mesea app reaches it and stays up to date. Your account manager does this with you.
- A TV with HDMI and a tablet to drive it, for the order status board. That tablet is enrolled like the rest.
- A fiscal printer, if you want the receipt to come straight out of Mesea.
